Our Home Protection Plan provides treatments every three months—four times a year—designed to keep pests under control and target them at every stage of development. If pests return between services, we’ll come back for free, as many times as needed to handle the issue. For your yard, our Yard Enjoyment Plan offers monthly treatments during spring and summer or year-round in warmer climates.

The time it takes for service depends on factors like the size of your home and yard and the type of pest issue you’re facing. During your first appointment, the technician will inspect and treat both the inside of your home and the exterior perimeter. This can take about an hour or more. After that, seasonal treatments focus on the exterior and usually take around 20 minutes. You don’t even need to be home if the technician has access to your yard. And if they notice something that needs extra attention, you can count on them to handle it before they leave.
