The Home Protection Plan provides year-round coverage to protect your home and family from common household pests and rodents. If covered pests become active between visits, don’t worry. We’re happy to come back between scheduled visits, free of charge, to perform targeted maintenance upon request.

Regularly Scheduled Treatments

How Much Does the Home Protection Plan Cost?

The price of the Home Protection Plan is determined by the size of your house and pest control needs. To find out how much it will cost to service your home, we offer a free estimate with no obligation to buy.

Is There a Discount for Existing Fox Customers?

Yes, current Fox customers get a discount for participating in multiple pest control plans.

Why Are Treatments Done Every 3 Months?

Each season brings different pests and changes in their life cycles. Treating pests during their weakest stages helps us provide the most effective solutions. That’s why we treat every three months—four times a year—for optimal pest control.

Does The Customer Have to Be Home at the Time of Service?

Yes and No. You need to be home for the first appointment because that is when you will sign the agreement and an indoor inspection and treatment will take place. After that, you do not need to be home for the service as long as the technician has access to the property and pets are inside. For all your appointments, the technician will leave you a detailed report.

How Safe Are the Products for Pets?

The products used in the HPP treatment are EPA-approved and intended for use in areas that people and pets have access. Homes with pets such as birds, fish, and rabbits may require alternative treatments. While outdoor products are being applied, it is best that pets be kept indoors. Once the product is dry, the yard can be occupied again.

What If the Customer Has Special Conditions or Concerns?

If you have questions or concerns, your technician will customize the service as necessary. If there are specific areas of concern, your technician will make the best decision for the most effective treatment at the time of the appointment. Homeowners are required to let us know if there are any special medical conditions or health concerns that may influence treatments.

Are There Any Pests That Are Not Covered in the Home Protection Plan?

Some pests need unique treatments, such as bed bugs, moles, mosquitoes, ticks, and termites. But don’t worry, at Fox, we have plans for all of those! Our Yard Enjoyment Plan will take care of outdoor mosquitoes, ticks, and fleas. We also have a great treatment plan for termites with our Termite Defense Plan. If bed bugs find their way into your home, we have a treatment specifically for that and are happy to help.
